The final round of Senior announcements for 2009!

Children Sam, left, and Sophie, right, touch the side of a balloon during the annual Balloon Fiesta at Ashton Court, Bristol. The international event, now in it's 30th year, has again been disrupted by bad weather cancelling many planned flights.
Including my own. So it was well worth getting up at 5am (and I'd been woken up at 4am by my housemate leaving to go to Thailand). They did offer me bacon sarnies (no veggie option - grrrreat) and the worst tea I've ever tasted. But Gareth and myself needed to at least get a shot to prove we were there (so we could go home early). Enter Radiopoppers! First time I've used them, I'm now ordering a set this weekend. Shot took three frames, flash compensation 3 stops over. Gareth held the flash in front of the two kids with it set at 14mm zoom. The rest was TTL goodness. Not an amazing shot, but considering nothing else happened it wasn't too bad. Image copyright SWNS. Comments

I adore the colors and the pose of both grat picture -- can i show you something?maybe you don't know it yet.... trapping kids in your balloon fortresses again Adam? for shame...

-- DEVIANTART! Nowhere will you find a more wretched hive of scum and villany...we must be cautious. Maybe all men got one big soul that everyone's a part of. All faces are the same man....one big self. |
